Penn Mutual Announces the Appointment of Jennifer Garrett to the Penn Mutual Board of Trustees

PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 15, 2025 – The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company (Penn Mutual) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Garrett to its distinguished Board of Trustees. With more than two decades in sales and marketing for customer-centric, national brands, Garrett brings extensive leadership experience to serve in this key governance role for the Penn Mutual enterprise.

Currently, Garrett is the Managing Director, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) at Meta, where she has driven double-digit, year-over-year growth for the division. Previously as the Head of Education at Meta, Garrett grew the education business four times to over $500 million across all sectors.

Prior to joining Meta, Garrett was the Executive Vice President of the National Enterprise Group at XO Group, where she led national sales for the company’s premier lifestyle media brands, including The Knot, The Bump and The Nest. Before her tenure at XO Group, Garrett was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the Nickelodeon Group of Viacom Media Networks.

Garrett started her career in finance law at Mayer, Brown, Rowe and Maw after earning her JD from New York University School of Law.
