1099 tax forms were mailed by January 31, 2019

February 1, 2019 – All 1099 tax forms and year-end statements were mailed by Thursday, January 31. 

You can also view your tax form online by logging into our Client Portal. If you are not yet registered you will need to have a valid policy or contract number for access.
