The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company Elevates Tim Donahue to President and CEO of Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc.
HORSHAM, Pa. – January 30, 2018 – The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company (Penn Mutual) is proud to announce Tim Donahue as the new president and CEO of Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc. (HTK). HTK is a wholly-owned Broker-Dealer subsidiary of Penn Mutual, offering a complete range of financial solutions, including investments, insurance and annuities.
Prior to this position, Donahue served as Managing Director at HTK, where he led daily operations for the firm, supervised financial advisers and oversaw relationships with strategic partners. In his new role, Donahue will continue to play an integral part of the day-to-day activities at HTK, as well as work to promote leadership, business development and ultimately continue to provide first class solutions for advisers.

In addition to his current role, Donahue is a member of the Board of Directors at HTK, is a member of FSI (Financial Services Institute), is a dispute resolution Arbitrator with FINRA and also serves on the LOMA Broker-Dealer Operations Committee.
